Professor Caroline Osborne Presents at Teaching the Teachers Conference

West Virginia University College of Law professor Caroline Osborne presented at the inaugural Teaching the Teachers Conference on Friday, May 31, 2019 in Atlanta, GA. The conference is focused on instructional philosophy, techniques, and assessment for law librarians by law librarians. Professor Osborne's session was titled "Lessons Learned – Developing Strategies to Address When You Go from Brilliant to Not in Seconds".

Professor Osborne Posts Forthcoming Work to SSRN

WVU Law Professor and Director of the Law Library Caroline Osborne recently published new scholarship to SSRN.  The work is titled International Investment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution: A Guide to Web Based Resources .  It will be published in a forthcoming issue of the International Journal of Legal Information.

From the abstract: This paper discusses web-based sources of interest to scholars and practitioners in the area of international investment law and dispute resolution.

The Law Library now provides access to Legal Source, a database on the EbscoHost platform that provides access to 1,100 full-text journals, including more than 420 law reviews. Legal Source incorporates the Index to Legal Periodicals, a time tested source for detailed indexing of legal materials.
