Research Repository Update: June 2024

During June 2024, the contents of the  WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 13,341 new full-text downloads of the 5,814 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 697 different institutions across 140 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 722,000.

Law faculty scholarship was downloaded a total of 4,264 times in June 2024. The most downloaded articles from the  faculty scholarship collection last month are:

Professor Mary Claire Davis Publishes New Scholarship in West Virginia Law Review

West Virginia University College of Law professor Mary Claire Davis recently published new scholarship in the West Virginia Law Review. The article is titled "Keeping All American Workers Paid and Employed? How Small Businesses with Independent Contractors Feel Slighted by the Paycheck Protection Program and What Can be Done" and appears in volume 126 of the journal.

During April 2023, the contents of the  WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 13,567 new full-text downloads of the 5,766 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 1,121 different institutions across 144 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 493,769.

Law faculty scholarship was downloaded a total of 3,702 times in April 2023. The most downloaded articles from the  faculty scholarship collection last month are:

Professor Will Rhee Publishes Article in New Issue of the West Virginia Law Review

West Virginia University College of Law Professor Will Rhee recently published new scholarship in the latest issue of the West Virginia Law Review.  Professor Rhee co-authored the article with Claire Flynn Sellers of Willow Legal Advisors, P.L.L.C.  It is titled "Retooling Blue-Ribbon Advisory Committees for a Post-Fact World" and appears in volume 125 of the journal.
