Professor Martin Publishes New Work in Indiana International & Comparative Law Review

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jena Martin recently published new work in the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review . The essay, titled "It's Complicated: The Challenge of Prosecuting TNCs for Criminal Activity Under International Law" appears in the symposium issue of volume 29 of the journal. In March 2019 Professor Martin spoke at the event: "The Fight Against Trans-Boundary International Crime - Approaches, Methods and Solutions" .

Professor Jena Martin to Speak at IU Symposium on Trans-Boundary International Crime

On March 1, 2019, West Virginia University law professor Jena Martin will participate in a symposium at Indiana University McKinney School of Law. The symposium is sponsored by the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review and is titled "The Fight Against Trans-Boundary International Crime - Approaches, Methods and Solutions".

Professor Martin will present her forthcoming work, "Be Careful What You Wish For: Prosecuting TNCs for Criminal Activity".
