West Virginia University College of Law Professor Jesse Richardson recently presented a webinar hosted by the National Agriculture Law Center on August 21, 2024. The program was titled "Can Agriculture and Solar Co-Exist?: Exploring the Promise and Challenge of Agrivoltaics."
