Professor Jesse Richardson Presents at 2023 Agricultural Law Educational Symposium

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jesse Richardson recently presented at the 44th Annual Agricultural Law Educational Symposium.  The symposium was held on November 9-11, 2023 in Charlotte, North Carolina.   Professor Richardson spoke in two sessions: "Meeting the Needs of the Growing Agritourism Industry" and "Land Use and Resource Law Update."

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jesse Richardson was recently interviewed by Tiffany Lashmet on Ag Law in the Field with Professor Anthony Shutz of the University of Nebraska College of Law.  The podcast is an interview series examining issues in agricultural law.  In episode 155  of the podcast, Professor Richardson and Anthony Shutz discuss the the ruling by the Supreme Court in Sackett v. EPA.

Professor Jesse Richardson Presents at Mid-South Agricultural and Environmental Law Conference

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jesse Richardson recently presented at the 10th Annual Mid-South Agricultural and Environmental Law Conference. The conference was held virtually on June 8-9, 2023 in Memphis Tennessee. Professor Richardson's session was titled "Conservation Easements & Legal Ethics Considerations."
