During December 2024, the contents of the WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 10,095 new full-text downloads of the 5,822 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 671 different institutions across 142 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 792,899.

Law faculty scholarship was downloaded a total of 3,176 times in November 2024. The most downloaded articles from the  faculty scholarship collection last month are:

West Virginia College of Law professor S. Sean Tu published new scholarship in the New England Journal of Medicine. The article is titled "Clearing Dense Drug-Patent Thickets ". Professor Tu's co-authors are: Bernard Chao, University of Denver Sturm College of Law; Ryan Whalen, University of Hong Kong; and Aaron S. Kesselheim, Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The article was published online by the journal on November 27, 2024 and subsequently in print on December 12, 2024.
