West Virginia University College of Law Professor Jena Martin recently published new scholarship in the Washington International Law Journal. The article, titled "Reckoning: A Dialogue About Racism, Antiracists, and Business & Human Rights" appears in volume 30 of the journal. It was authored with Erika R. George of the University of Utah College of Law and Tara Van Ho of the University of Essex.
