The WVU Law Library is pleased to announce that the West Virginia University College of Law Research Paper series will publish new issues on SSRN.

Beginning in October 2018, the Research Paper Series will feature new scholarship   by the College of Law Faculty posted to the research platform. SSRN hosts research paper series for academic and research institutions, including many law schools. The complete list of series in the Legal Scholarship Network is available on SSRN.

The Law Library now provides access to Legal Source, a database on the EbscoHost platform that provides access to 1,100 full-text journals, including more than 420 law reviews. Legal Source incorporates the Index to Legal Periodicals, a time tested source for detailed indexing of legal materials.

This week, WVU Law faculty members are presenting and discussing their scholarship at the  2019 SEALS Annual Conference in Boca Raton, Florida. On Friday, August 2, 2019 Professors Patrick McGinley and Elaine Waterhouse Wilson participated in discussion groups and panels at the conference.

Professor McGinley participated in a panel titled "The Opioid Crisis—Legal and Health Implications", moderated by Professor Theodore Rave of University of Houston Law Center.
