West Virginia College of Law professor Jena Martin recently spoke at the United Nations 10th Annual Forum on Business and Human Rights. The Forum was held virtually, November 29 to December 1, 2021. Professor Martin spoke in a session titled "Confronting racism: using the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights to support transformative action". Her remarks centered on a joint project with Tara Van Ho of the University of Essex and Erika George of the University of Utah. The project culminated in a publication: Reckoning: A Dialogue About Racism, Antiracists, and Business & Human Rights . The paper was published in Vol. 30 of The Washington International Law Journal.
