Readers came from 671 different institutions across 142 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 792,899.

West Virginia University College of Law professor Mary Claire Davis recently published new scholarship in the West Virginia Law Review. The article is titled "Keeping All American Workers Paid and Employed? How Small Businesses with Independent Contractors Feel Slighted by the Paycheck Protection Program and What Can be Done" and appears in volume 126 of the journal.
