Professor Mary Claire Davis Publishes New Scholarship in West Virginia Law Review

West Virginia University College of Law professor Mary Claire Davis recently published new scholarship in the West Virginia Law Review. The article is titled "Keeping All American Workers Paid and Employed? How Small Businesses with Independent Contractors Feel Slighted by the Paycheck Protection Program and What Can be Done" and appears in volume 126 of the journal.

West Virginia University College of Law Librarian  Nicholas Stump has recently published new scholarship in the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review . The article is titled  “COVID, Climate Change, and Transformative Social Justice: A Critical Legal Research Exploration and it appears in volume 47 of the journal.

Professor Weishart Publishes Commentary on 100 Days in Appalachia

West Virginia University College of Law Professor Joshua Weishart recently published commentary at 100 Days in Appalachia. The post, titled "Remote Learning Highlights Inequities in Public Education. But A Premature Return to In-Person Learning Could Be Worse", appeared on January 14, 2021.  In it, Professor Weishart discusses the return to in-person learning in West Virginia public schools during the COVID-19 pandemic.
