Librarian Nicholas Stump Publishes New Article in the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review

West Virginia University College of Law Librarian  Nicholas Stump has recently published new scholarship in the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review . The article is titled  “COVID, Climate Change, and Transformative Social Justice: A Critical Legal Research Exploration and it appears in volume 47 of the journal.
