During April 2025, the contents of the WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 22,085 new full-text downloads of the 5,846 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 1,777 different institutions across 152 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 875,080.

Law faculty scholarship was downloaded a total of 5,276 times in April 2025. The most downloaded articles from the  faculty scholarship collection last month are:

West Virginia University College of Law professor Cody Corliss recently published new scholarship in the Utah Law Review. The article is titled "An International Prosecutor as U.S. Special Counsel" and appears in volume 2025, issue 3 of the journal. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 854,085.

Law faculty scholarship was downloaded a total of 4,126 times in March 2025. The most downloaded articles from the  faculty scholarship collection last month are:

West Virginia University College of Law professor Ann M. Eisenberg was recently interviewed by Daniel Raimi on Resources Radio .  The podcast is affiliated with Resources for the Future and is an interview series examining issues in climate change, energy, ecosystems.  Professor Eisenberg was interviewed on episode 321 of the podcast.  The episode was published on March 25, 2025 and titled Seeding Economic Development in Rural America.
