Research Repository Update: February 2025

During February 2025, the contents of the WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 13,565 new full-text downloads of the 5,845 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 1,335 different institutions across 141 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 836,024.

Professor Jesse Richardson Discusses Ag Law Lessons from TV's Yellowstone on Ag Law in the Field Podcast

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jesse Richardson was recently interviewed by Tiffany Lashmet on Ag Law in the Field with attorney Jim Bradbury.  The podcast is an interview series examining issues in agricultural law.  In episode 191 of the podcast, Professor Richardson and Jim Bradbury return to discuss final lessons learned from the TV series Yellowstone.

Readers came from 2,377 different institutions across 151 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 822,459.

Professor Jesse Richardson Publishes New Scholarship in the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jesse Richardson recently published an article in volume 29 of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. The article is titled "Legal and Policy Issues for a Growing Agritourism Industry" and is co-authored with Peggy Kirk Hall of The Ohio State University and Kristine Tidgren of Iowa State University. The article is published in association with Forty-Fifth Annual American Agricultural Law Association Educational Symposium. The symposium was held in Memphis, Tennessee on November 7-9, 2024.

Professor Sean Tu Publishes New Article in Journal of Law and the Biosciences

West Virginia College of Law professor S. Sean Tu recently published new scholarship in the Journal of Law and the Biosciences. The article is titled "Accelerating biosimilar market access: the case for allowing earlier standing". Professor Tu's co-authors are: Rachel Goode and Matthew Turner of Fresenius Kabi Biopharma, and Victor Van de Wiele, Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics, Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The article was published online by the journal on January 3, 2025 and subsequently in print in volume 12, issue 1 of the journal.
