West Virginia College of Law professor S. Sean Tu recently published new scholarship in the New England Journal of Medicine. The article is titled A "Method of Use" to Prevent Generic and Biosimilar Market Entry. Professor Tu co-authored the article with Ameet Sarpatwari, Ph.D., J.D., a colleague at the Program On Regulation, Therapeutics, And Law (PORTAL) at Harvard Medical School where Professor Tu is a visiting professor.  It was published online by the journal on January 25, 2023 and will subsequently appear in print in volume 388 on February 9, 2023.

The article, titled "Frequency of Approval and Marketing of Biosimilars With a Skinny Label and Associated Medicare Savings" is co-authored by Professor Tu with researchers at Program On Regulation, Therapeutics, And Law (PORTAL) at Harvard Medical School where Professor Tu is a visiting professor.  It was published online by the journal on November 28, 2022.

The journal editors simultaneously published an Editor's Note highlighting the importance and impact of the issues addressed by Professor Tu and co-authors in their article: "Savings Associated With “Skinny Label” Biosimilars."
