West Virginia University College of Law Librarian Nicholas Stump will publish new scholarship in the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review . The article is titled “Ecosocialism, Degrowth, and Global South Thought: Critical Legal Transformations" and it will appear in volume 49 of the journal in 2025.

During August 2024, the contents of the WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 12,003 new full-text downloads of the 5,814 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 816 different institutions across 148 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 748,731.

The program was titled "Can Agriculture and Solar Co-Exist?: Exploring the Promise and Challenge of Agrivoltaics."
