Professor Dale Olson Publishes Article on Fair Use in Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review

West Virginia University College of Law professor Dale Olson recently published new scholarship in the Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review. The article is titled Defining Fair Use in the Digital Era: A tentative Appraisal of Google LLC v. Oracle America, Inc." and appears in volume 7 of the journal.  The Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review is published by the University of Missouri School of Law.

Research Repository Update: March 2024

During March 2024, the contents of the  WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 16,663 new full-text downloads of the 5,805 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 1,265 different institutions across 154 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 675,675.

Professor Kirsha Trychta Speaks at AccessLex Institute Building Bar Skills Conference

On Thursday, April 16, 2024, West Virginia University College of Law Professor and Director of the Academic Excellence Center Kirsha Trychta joined a panel of academic excellence and bar success experts to discuss the NextGen bar exam. The program was titled "NextGen Faculty Meeting – How to Prepare and Respond when Presenting on the NextGen Bar Exam" and was hosted by AccessLex Institute at the Building Bar Skills Conference.

Professor Jesse Richardson Publishes New Scholarship in Drake Journal of Agricultural Law

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jesse Richardson recently published new scholarship in volume 28 of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. The article is titled "Solutions for Heirs Property Owners" and was originally presented at the 43rd  Annual AALA Agriculatural Law Educational Symposium on November 11, 2022.  Professor Richardson's co-author is Amber Miller of Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, LLP.
