West Virginia University College of Law professor Jesse Richardson recently presented at the 44th Annual Agricultural Law Educational Symposium.  The symposium was held on November 9-11, 2023 in Charlotte, North Carolina.   Professor Richardson spoke in two sessions: "Meeting the Needs of the Growing Agritourism Industry" and "Land Use and Resource Law Update."

Professors Amy Cyphert and Sean Tu to Publish New Article on AI in Colorado Technology Law Journal

West Virginia University College of Law professors  Amy Cyphert and Sean Tu will publish new scholarship with co-author Sam Perl (Carnegie Mellon University) in an upcoming volume of the Colorado Technology Law Journal.  The article is titled "Artificial Intelligence Cannibalism and the Law" and is available now on SSRN:  https://papers.ssrn.com/abstract_id=4622769.

Research Repository Update: October 2023

During October 2023, the contents of the  WVU College of Law community in the Research Repository @ WVU had 20,581 new full-text downloads of the 5,790 total works archived in our collections. Readers came from 1,454 different institutions across 160 different countries and territories. This brings the total full-text downloads of scholarship from the College of Law collections to 585,387.

Professor Anne Marie Lofaso to Publish New Scholarship in Denver Law Review

West Virginia University College of Law professor Anne Marie Lofaso will publish new scholarship in a forthcoming issue of the the Denver Law Review. The article, The Supreme Court, The First Amendment, and the Erosion of Public Employer Managerial Authority , was co-authored with Martin A. Malin of Chicago-Kent College of Law.
