WVU Law at SEALS, Friday July 28, 2023

This week, WVU Law faculty members are presenting and discussing their scholarship at the 2023 SEALS Annual Meeting in Boca Raton, Florida. On Friday, July 28, 2023, Professors Elaine Waterhouse Wilson and Valarie Blake participated in a work-in-progress workshop and a panel discussion, respectively. 

Professor Wilson participated in a workshop as part of the Works-in-Progress Series at the conference.  The workshop gathered scholars in the fields of interdisciplinary tax and corporate law to both give and receive reviews of in-progress scholarship. The session was moderated by Professor Andrew Appleby of Stetson University College of Law.

Professor Valarie Blake to Publish New Scholarship in the Columbia Law Review

West Virginia University College of Law professor Valarie Blake will publish new scholarship in an upcoming volume of the Columbia Law Review. The article is co-authored with Elizabeth Y. McCuskey of Boston University School of Law and is titled "Employer-Sponsored Reproduction."
