Professor Sean Tu Publishes New Article in IEEE Pulse

West Virginia University College of Law professor  Sean Tu recently co-authored a new article in volume 14, issue 1 of  IEEE: Pulse. The article is titled  "Next-Generation Bioprinted Products: Products of Nature or Patentable Innovation?" Professor Tu's co-authors are Jennie O. Zheng and Stephen B. Maebius, both of Foley & Lardner LLP.

Professor James Van Nostrand Publishes New Article in ABA Journal Natural Resources & Environment

West Virginia University College of Law professor James Van Nostrand published an article in the newest issue of Natural Resources & Environment , a publication of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources. Professor Van Nostrand's article is titled "Regulatory and Policy Responses for Managing the Natural Gas Industry’s Downward Spiral." The entire Winter 2023 issue is dedicated to issues on "The Future of the Energy Grid." The issue was published online on March 10, 2023.

Professor Sean Tu Co-Authors New Article in Health Affairs

West Virginia University College of Law professor Sean Tu recently co-authored a new article in volume 42, issue 3 of Health Affairs. The article is titled "Patent Challenges And Litigation On Inhalers For Asthma And COPD." Professor Tu's co-authors are Sanjay Reddy, Georgetown University, Reed F. Beall, University of Calgary, Aaron S. Kesselheim, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University, and William B. Feldman Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University.

On March 9, 2023 West Virginia University College of Law professor Jena Martin delivered a lecture at the University of the West Indies, MonaLaw in Mona, Jamaica. Professor Martin's lecture was titled "Human Rights Law and Business: Corporate Criminality in the Caribbean? How to Detect Human Rights Abuses." The lecture was delivered to an in-person audience and streamed live via zoom.
