Tyson Foods, Inc., 2023 WL 259895 (N.D. Oklahoma Jan. 18, 2023). Professor Richardson's article was published on February 17, 2023 and is titled "Oklahoma Prevails in Lawsuit Against Poultry Growers for Pollution of Illinois River."
