New Scholarship on SSRN from Professor Nicole McConlogue

West Virginia University College of Law Professor and Director of the Litigation and Advocacy Clinic, Nicole McConlogue recently posted scholarship to SSRN. The article, titled "Discrimination on Wheels: How Big Data Uses License Plate Surveillance to Put the Brakes on Disadvantaged Drivers", is forthcoming in volume 18 of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.

West Virginia University College of Law professor Caroline Osborne and librarian Stephanie Miller co-authored a new articled titled "The Scholarly Impact Matrix: An Empirical Study of How Multiple Metrics Create an Informed Story of a Scholar's Work". The paper was first presented as part of The Kathrine R. Everett Law Library Scholarship Series in April 2020 and is now posted on SSRN.
