Professor Jena Martin to Speak at IU Symposium on Trans-Boundary International Crime

On March 1, 2019, West Virginia University law professor Jena Martin will participate in a symposium at Indiana University McKinney School of Law. The symposium is sponsored by the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review and is titled "The Fight Against Trans-Boundary International Crime - Approaches, Methods and Solutions".

Professor Martin will present her forthcoming work, "Be Careful What You Wish For: Prosecuting TNCs for Criminal Activity".

West Virginia University College of Law professor Jena Martin presented research at the Global Business and Human Rights Research Workshop on November 29, 2018 in Geneva, Switzerland. The workshop was organized by the BHRights Initiative for Interdisciplinary Research and Teaching on Business and Human Rights .

Professor Martin presented research titled "Creating a Space to Assess: Examining Community Engagement in Multi-Stakeholder Initiatives related to a Business and Human Rights Framework".
