Dean Amelia Rinehart Delivers Lecture at University of Houston Institute for Intellectual Property & Information Law

On November 4, 2021, Amelia Smith Rinehart, West Virginia University College of Law Dean and Professor of Law, delivered the 28th annual fall lecture of the Institute for Intellectual Property and Information Law at University of Houston Law Center. Dean Rinehart's lecture was titled "Navigating Multiplexed Technology Transfer", during which she shared her research on the question of ownership of technology when there are multiple inventors and multiple employers including the federal government, universities, or private corporations.
