Professor Ann Eisenberg Discusses Economic Challenges in Rural Communities on Resources Radio

West Virginia University College of Law professor Ann M. Eisenberg was recently interviewed by Daniel Raimi on Resources Radio .  The podcast is affiliated with Resources for the Future and is an interview series examining issues in climate change, energy, ecosystems.  Professor Eisenberg was interviewed on episode 321 of the podcast.  The episode was published on March 25, 2025 and titled Seeding Economic Development in Rural America.

WVU Law at the 2024 AALS Annual Meeting

Last week, WVU Law faculty members participated at the 2024 AALS Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. 

On Friday, January 5, Professor Ann M.  Eisenberg participated in a Works-in-Progress session, co-sponsored by the Natural Resources and Energy Law Section, and the Agricultural and Food Law, Animal Law, and Environmental Law Section of AALS.  The workshop gathered scholars in the relevant fields to both give and receive reviews of in-progress scholarship.
