On Saturday April 13, 2019, WVU Law professor Jennifer Oliva spoke at a workshop at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA. The workshop, Promises and Perils of Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs was hosted by the Health in Justice Action Lab and held in conjunction with NUSL's annual health law conference. Professor Oliva presented on "Prescription Drug Privacy".
