On Friday, January 6, 2023, West Virginia University College of Law professor and Director of the Academic Excellence Center Kirsha Trychta moderated a panel discussion at the AALS annual meeting in San Diego, CA.
The panel was titled "Proactive Planning Across the Curriculum for the NextGen Bar Exam. Professor Trychta moderated the discussion of panelists including Professor Dustin Benham of Texas Tech University School of Law, Dean Brian Gallini of Willamette University College of Law, and Professor Antonia Miceli of Saint Louis University School of Law.
The panel discussed issues of timing for the adoption and implementation of the NextGen bar exam, how to engage law faculties regarding curricular change, and action items to implement in the short and long term.
