On April 29, 2021, the Mary and Michael Jaharis Health Law Institute at DePaul College of Law hosted its annual symposium. Professor Blake was a panelist in a program titled "Changes to Laws and Regulations Governing Telemedicine ".

This panel will discuss how the laws governing telemedicine were adopted to fit our socially distant reality and how health providers navigate this evolving landscape.
On April 23, 2021, Professor Blake presented a session of the 2021 Employee Benefits & Social Insurance Virtual Conference Series. Her talk in this program was called "Fitting the Medicaid Mold: The Social Costs of OurHealth Care Finance System".
