Professor Weishart will discuss public education reform from both a constitutional and statutory perspective. Professor Weishart has emerged as a preeminent scholar of school reform in West Virginia. Professor Weishart explores school reform and related considerations in his WV ED Law Blog.
The West Virginia School Board Association works to promote school boards, school board service and the resolution of problems facing school boards in West Virginia. The conference is a two-day meeting held this year on September 14 and 14, 2019 in Charleston, WV.
